Enzo Giannotta founded Cult & Boutique (Wine Management) Limited in 2010, striving to introduce greater access and transparency to what had historically been a closed and elitist domain. Growing up in an Italian family, Enzo’s fanaticism for wine began when watching his father make his own. This ingrained knowledge helped develop his interest in a global market that he has now been working in for more than two decades.

After working as an Account Manager for a merchant in the City of London, Enzo was spurred to start his own enterprise and have the opportunity to provide solutions to many of the issues he had encountered in those early years. For many years, the wine market has had its focus on a select few regions such as Bordeaux, France. With the aim to change this, Enzo founded Cult & Boutique and widened the spotlight, shining a light on Old and New World regions, pushing the secondary wine market to evolve with the changing tastes of the consumer. Cult & Boutique now stands as a reflection of the ever-transforming market of investment-grade wines, and as a pillar of transparency and communication within the industry.

Before joining Cult & Boutique, Spencer worked at a large-scale PFI initiative as a Performance Manager, where he developed a keen eye for detail and the ability to highlight trends within large data sets. After managing client accounts for several years with Cult & Boutique, Spencer was able to utilise both his technical and client-focused experience in becoming Head of Communications.

In this role, Spencer is responsible for managing many technical aspects of our business, such as logistics, performance monitoring, market analysis, and online trading. He also manages our online shop front ‘Uncorked’, where fine wines are sold directly to our consumers.

Surrounded by a family with a strong investment background, Daniel Paterson became passionately involved in the wine investment industry on his move to London in 2010. Since then, he has built an impressive portfolio of industry knowledge, studying the latest -and predicting upcoming- market trends. 

Now based in the Philippines, Daniel is responsible for our international relations and sales, with focus on the US and Asian markets. He also hosts our in-house podcast ‘The Cult & Boutique Show’ where he is joined by industry experts and fine wine finatics, discussing their interests, endeavours and their experience of the industry.

Through running a successful Digital Consultancy business, Sam has gained a wealth of digital marketing knowledge and experience. Throughout Cult & Boutique’s digital evolution, Sam has helped marry our want for transparency and clarity, with our client’s need for a flawless and understandable online experience. Sam’s collaboration with Cult & Boutique allows for a streamlined, multi-faceted platform that accurately reflects the modernisation of the secondary wine market.
